District Facility Use

 

Community members and organizations are invited to apply to use School District facilities in the Inver Grove Heights Community Schools, South St. Paul and West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan Area Schools.

To use District facilities, please follow these simple procedures:

For use in a District 197 facility
Complete and submit a Facility Application Form online or call 651-403-8313 to request one to be mailed to you. The form must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. You will be billed a $20 application fee.

For use in a District 6 Facility
Complete an application form. Submit the form at least two weeks prior to the requested usage date. If you are requesting for use in an Inver Grove Heights building please include the $10 application fee with your application form ($20 if submitting less than eight days prior to the requested usage date).
